GENETİK ÇALIŞMALAR

Bazı gen polimorfizmlerinde (NAT2*, NAT2*6A, NAT2*5A, CYP2C19*2) astım riskinde artış gösterilirken bazılarında (PARP-1V762A, GSTP1 Val105Val) ise koruyucu özelliğe sahip olduğu gösterilmiştir. Bunu yanında bazı gen polimorfizmleri (plazminojen aktivatör inhibitör tip-1 geninin 4G/5G, Mn-SOD) ile astım arasında da bir ilişki saptanmamıştır. Çalışmalar aşağıda maddeler halinde sıralanmıştır. Bu kapsamda yapılan makalelerin yıllara göre dağılımı ve içeriği Tablo 1’de gösterilmiştir
