OKSİDATİF STRES

Astım patogeneziyle ilgili olarak gerçekleştirilen çalışmalarda oksitadif stres belirteçleri de sıklıkla araştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarında astımlı bireylerde kontrol grubuna kıyasla oksidatif stres belirteçlerinin genel olarak yüksek seyrettiği gözlenmiştir. Bunun yanında bir çalışmada da serum oksidatif stres ölçütlerinin işyeri ilişkili astımlılarda da artmış olduğu gösterilmiştir (19). Bu kapsamda yapılan makalelerin yıllara göre dağılımı ve içeriği Tablo 1’de gösterilmiştir.
